We have set ourselves on Ålshult Herrgård to put a sign in terms of food, drink and service at the highest quality. Surrounded by the beautiful landscape, we invite you to join us on a journey of tastes and pleasure.

Our vegetables and salad is - if possible - always from our own garden or from local producers.

Surprise menu

We serve meals only by advance reservation. All dishes are homemade and we serve a seasonal menu surprise.  We do not have a menu to chose from an whether you stay with us or not, you are always welcome! For the main course, you can always chose among fish, seafood, meat, poultry or venison (depending on the season).
